The Dependence of Boron Concentration in Diamond Electrode for Ciprofloxacin Electrochemical Sensor Application

This study investigates the effects of boron concentration on boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes for electrochemical sensors ciprofloxacin. The concentration, scan rate, and pH BDD with concentrations 0.1, 0.5, 1% were examined to determine optimal conditions. Furthermore, square wave voltammetry (SWV) in phosphate buffer 7 was used analyze behavior results revealed a linear calibration curve range 30–100 μM recovery 85–110%. Meanwhile, electrode highest this experiment (1%) showed very low limit detection 0.17 μM, meaning that gave highly sensitive significant measurement result sensor With given, provides new insights controlling quinolone antibiotics.
